Sabrina front desk is on point very aware of the position she holds very professionally environment and encouraging. Customer service is a must and she s given it across the board. As a choice member, a majority partial ownership and an Operation s Manger I never go anywhere asking for special treatment I just want to be treated righty and respect .( I didn't receive that at Country Inn thank u as I was able to get settled in between our convocation and service s where as the Senior Pastor I have to b in place

My daughter (age11) and I stayed here as a secondary option. The hotel we booked was way worse than I thought it was going to be so we drove around looking for another. We stopped here and spoke to Sabrina. She was very nice and accommodated us so well, especially last minute on a Friday. The hotel is smaller and there are a lot of people (non employees, assuming guests) around it all the time but I didn’t have any problems. Everyone was polite. Never smelled smoke past the front door. Smokers gotta go somewhere. Room was clean and everything worked. Doors, toilet, sink, TV fridge & microwave all as it should be. The sink was a little off in how the faucet was installed, so the water stream was very close to running onto the back of the counter but it worked. Shower only, no tub, in the room we had. We sleep through the night without any loud noise from the hall or outside. Not the Ritz luxury but definitely clean and nice. front desk staff, Sabrina was amazing and thoughtful. She was willing to help and answer questions. Did not have the breakfast so can’t say. I would stay again

I had missed a AA connection flight due to some airline maintenance issues and needed to stay somewhere for the night. AA comped my hotel with a few options in the local area, so I chose this one due to the fact it was close and I needed sleep (it was 1125pm). I didn’t expect anything special but I was greeted with a shuttle and was able to save some money rather than using Uber. I was picked up by AJ who was super polite and helpful. I wasn’t waiting exceptionally long poly about 15min or so. We arrived at the hotel and I was greeted by Sabrina at the front desk. She was also very kind and helpful with getting me set up for the night. I can see why some may have rated this location lower for looks but the staff was great and was very warm during all my interactions. I did smell weed in locations but it’s literally everywhere in the country and depending on state laws, legal. That being said, I went to my room to sleep. Room was made up great, everything I needed and wanted for the night and morning. Went downstairs to get a ride back to CLT and AJ was there ready to drive me. Sabrina was downstairs and showed me the continental breakfast so I grabbed some cereal, pancakes, coffee and muffins. I finished up quickly and AJ and I left. I would stay here again and recommend.

Room was clean, location was good. Price was decent. Nick and Sabrina were lovely and helped with my stay. There was a situation and a hotel staff member said they handled it by asking the people that threw glass in the hallway to leave. I later found out they in fact did not leave and were still in the room. There’s things the hotel cannot control like when people get drunk and rowdy but they can remove them from the property to keep others safe. The glass that was thrown went all over the hallway and even under my hotel room door. I was a little upset they lied and said they made the people check out. For appearance it was ok, safety was a bit questionable.

Akay, Nick and Dev provided great customer service, very professional, helpful, friendly and kind. The bed was very comfortable, awesome pillows, spacious, clean room. I stayed on the 3rd floor. Airport shuttle was prompt, easy to reserve, friendly, professional driver. Complimentary breakfast in the morning.

Great cozy rooms, friendly staff and continental breakfast with waffles! Definitely, a must when I'm in town! Most of all, pet friendly!
